go faster stripes. prime example of something which if i could have in me, i would. my life has been so hectic the past few weeks ive found myself wishing i could do everything that little bit quicker. its the only explanation i have for my distinct lack of posts! that, along with being in bed for near enough two weeks straight with a horrid chest infection followed by tonsillitis!

however, yesterday i managed to shoot two outfits from outings over the past month or so as well as my ootd and ive just finished doing my ootd from today so i will be posting those over the course of the next couple of days :-)

this outfit i wore to... ~here's a confession~ see one direction in nottingham.. for the second time on their current tour.. and i still have two more shows to go. boyband fetish. i cant help it. its a good excuse to dress up anyway!!!

so, i was out vintage shopping the other day and on one of my favourite market stalls i came across the coolest collection of cropped american high school sports team tshirts and it got me thinking about how much last summer i spent near enough a whole two months living out of the same three crop tops and how much i loved it. There's such a big misconception that you have to be stick thin with a waist probably smaller than the tops of my thighs to pull one off but you really dont! i am definately not anywhere near the smallest person in the world and without sounding big headed, i love a good crop top and i do not think they look bad on me at all!

i feel like im so behind on everybody but i finally went to check out Rihanna's new collection properly at my local River Island. (and by finally i mean i actually took these photos nearly two weeks ago but i've been so so busy i've barely even had time to think about it!

As for the clothes, i don't think the collection was anything like what i, or anybody for that matter, was expecting. I can see what they were aiming for with the simplistic, sporty pieces. They're all very much like how she herself would dress. I like the way that when you see it, you know straight away that she would wear it and that's something you don't get with a lot of other celebrity collections. 

I don't know if I personally would wear a lot of it, but i do really like it none the less.
